Commercial Rates:

Commercial quantity rates and package rates are available. Individual property evaluations with customized quotes are provided. Larger, multi-unit properties can also be quoted for servicing 1/2 or 1/3 of the units each year on a rotating basis.

Residential Properties

We offer special rates when working with Homeowners' Associations. A time-frame is agreed upon where homeowners can take advantage of quantity pricing. Ask us about how you can get your own small group together, and EVERYONE will SAVE $$$

Dryer Vent Cleaning Rates:

$189. for up to 10 feet of vent pipe cleaned, plus $3./foot for each foot over 10 feet

**Includes cleaning areas INSIDE the dryer (below the lint screen, in the pipe of dryer, and if accessible, the interior of the dryer box)
